HEMI Induction & Exhaust

Upgrade you HEMI's performance with a simple bolt on part. This ranges from exhaust modifications, cold air intakes, and everything in-between. These parts are meant be simple to install and not take extreme modification from a stock condition. If you’re looking for a little extra horsepower or a better sounding car this is the right place! Most of these parts deal with making the air flowing in and out of the engine more efficient. You’ll notice this is why true bore throttle bodies, ported intakes, cold air intakes, and exhaust systems fall into this category.

HEMI Air Oil Separators

Air Oil Separators (Catch Cans) are designed to remove blow by oil in your PCV system before the air is reintroduced to your intake manifold. The reason that Air Oil Separators are so important is because allowing oil vapors to reach your cylinders can reduce combustion, a loss of power, and fouled spark plugs. As you increase performance the effects of blow by gas will become more noticeable.

HEMI Cold Air Intakes

Cold air intakes are designed to lower the temperature of the air entering your intake manifold. This can be done by relocating the filter to an area of your engine bay that has a lower temperature or by drawing in air from outside your Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler. This is an extremely reliable way to add horsepower to your HEMI without venturing too far away from a stock setup.

HEMI Exhaust Systems

Exhaust systems are important in many ways. The main goal is to make it easier for your engine to release its exhaust gases. This can be done by increasing the diameter of your exhaust pipe, reducing the backpressure of your system. If you have other performance parts on your HEMI already, the power gains will be more noticeable with an upgraded catback exhaust, headers, or complete system.

HEMI Intake Manifold

Intake manifolds are the final step before the intake charge enters your Cylinder Heads. They create performance gains when the inlet to the manifold is opened up, the runners are smoothed to reduce any interference in air flow, and the ports to the cylinder head are opened up using a CNC machine.

HEMI Throttle Body

Throttle Bodies are a good way to improve throttle response as well as increase the amount of air in your intake charge. Another advantage to a performance throttle body is that it can be port matched with a performance intake manifold. This will reduce any interference in airflow between your throttle body and intake manifold.
